History
IMCI was founded in August, 1993 by Hap Todd providing specialized insurance products and customized risk management services for design professionals and CPAs. In January of 1994 Hap’s older son, Jeff, joined the agency as a Producer. Since the agency’s inception it has grown substantially through our spirit of entrepreneurship, grounded on solid values. The company serves over 700 clients in four states with a staff of six producers and three support staff.
In January 2005, Jeff Todd became the President of IMCI in order to take the company into its next phase of growth and to firmly position IMCI as the premier agency for design professionals.

Our goal is to provide insurance coverage to our clients in an ethical, professional atmosphere, which encourages long-term growth and good business relationships.
